Delivering fresh to Metro Melbourne from Tuesdays to Fridays every week. Alligator Brand has been part of Melbourne’s vibrant food scene since 1992. Our fresh pasta is made from Australian durum wheat semolina, free range whole eggs and the freshest ingredients. At Alligator Brand, food safety is a number one priority, we adhere to the strictest processes, meeting all HACCAP & SQF guidelines.

As a manufacturer and wholesaler, our minimum order for public delivery is 2kg. For Ravioli, that's 60 pieces per 2kg box, or 12 serves!
Our fresh pasta can be frozen to lengthen shelf life, allowing you to stock up today without wasting a serve. Our pasta cooks quickly, just toss into salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes or 6-7 if frozen.
Next Day Melbourne Delivery
Alligator Brand deliveries will be made between Tuesday and Friday, orders must be placed prior to midday the before. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Please add a note in checkout for a ‘leave spot’ if you're unable to accept your delivery in person. We're unable to advise the exact time your delivery will arrive.
Delivery to zone 1 & 2: $10.00 flat fee, with a minimum order amount of $30 (we subsidise delivery costs). Orders over $95 get free delivery.
